Who We Are

  • The Joseph Public Library is located in the City Hall building at 201 N. Main St.  The entrance is on the south side of the building.  Our goal is to provide a center of enjoyment, where good books for children and adults can be found and where patrons can relax with a magazine or newspaper.  We provide free internet access, books, videos, books on tape, magazines, music CDs and interlibrary loans.
  • Please feel free to stop by and meet the staff.  Out of town visitors are welcome!
